We start off the day with one of few snaps of Jimmy Junior, heading off to school with a new look. The reason being that he was for the most part skilling up, sorting out homework and occaisionally fishing, so kind of dull really.
The other snap is a bit older, before his new makeover, but is interesting as it's the first boy I have had learn to cook. He made a huge batch of muffins, almost like another meal unto themselfs, but the cake will always win out.
Emma, with it being her day off work, bones up on a new recipe, now having about 91 percent of all recipies known. She may not have it done before she hits 70 something, but she will have it done before she croaks.
With Jimmy's high payment, the family can now have a new living room set to accomplish their middle class look. Jimmy meanwhile increases his logic skill to the standards his job require.
Soon the prompt for JJ's birthday comes up, and Jimmy snr sets it up. However there is one small hitch...
None of the invited guests appeared. Why? Jimmy snr HAS the Legendary host reward, and made the call, but none appeared. Thus, badly timed glitch.
Sorry Hammer family, nobody cares your little boy is about to become a teenager.
Still Jimmy Jr aged up into a rather punky look, that I kept, for the most part. I dunno why. Just suits him really.
Meanwhile, Marcus comes back from work, and with a promotion to Snack Hawker. He invites his lover over to help the dismal party and to get his flirt on.
He greets her at the door and sets off to work.
He holds her hands, flirts, compliments and soon manages to get her to be a romantic interest.
Emma meanwhile suceeds in learning another recipe, sending sparks into he air.
Marcus meanwhile has achieved a milestone, his first kiss and soon his first girlfriend.
That night, the Hammers celebrate in style the first generations birthdays, both hitting the same night. The crowd actually makes an appearence, and theirs a fair few of them!
They end up gaining a guest when the tv decides to blow the fudge up. Didn't stop the people dancing though.
First up is Jimmy, the founder, husband and father of two young men.
Everyone crowds around and watches him blow the candles out.
Poof! Jimmy is an old man now, looking good for a 70 something year old.
Now it's Emma's turn to age up, with her friends and boss around.
Well. It all seemed to be going so well, didn't it Emma. Son on one side, friends surrounding you and your family looking on. Your boss was happy. But suddenly she said she felt a bit funny. A bit...tired.
This took me by surprise, seriously. The party was jumping, everyone happy, then, BAM. Emma's boss, who I invited around to improve their relationship, just dies right there and then. DAMMIT.
So here is our super special guest, coming in from the afterlife, just North of London. You may call him, the Grim Reaper, or death or Grimmy for short, but his friends call him Dave.
'Well, crap!'
'Awww, Noooooo!'
'AAAARRRRRGGGGGGHHHHH! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!'
And so ends this chapter....
Actually no, I don't want to end this on a downer, so heres a little extra.
The boy's bedrooms are improved with some extra cash that Jimmy Snr got, showing their fave colours.
Emma decides to retire from her work, as she never really wanted to be the top in the Cookery career anyway.
Marcus invites over, massages and indeed proposes to his love in the same night.
He manages to propose to her before they both pass out from exhaustion.
She says yes. Get ready for a whole new chapter. But be patient. You see, this is as far as i have so far played. So what will happen next? Lets see, shall we?
See ya next time.

Generation 2, part 5. PARTY!
Here we go, a big celebration for two reasons, one J J's growing up to be a more managable child, and Jimmy snr as achieved his life wish with a couple of bonuses, so let's get the party underway! We have invited over a few dosen people for it, to see how my computer handles the crowd. It did very well.
The party was a success, Emma upped her relationship with her boss, and Marcus met a possible wife to be. What with him approaching Young adult later tonight he may as well go for someone a few days older than him. Emma also got promoted to Executive chef and brought some extra food with her (perfect quality goopy carbonara I think) so as the birthday was approaching, we'd better get another party kicked off. This family thrives on cake, I swear...
So after a quick nap, shower and snack, Emma sets off with her first proper chef's hat ready to cook up a storm as Executive chef. Very nice!
Here's just a quick thing, before her promotion, when Marcus had his last teenage makeover. A tad 70's but well, it's his last day, what the hell.
Later on that day, Marcus is up and getting ready for his young adult transition, and they actually have a new computer. I say new, I mean, new to THEM. It's not the best, but it's still a computer, right?
Jimmy returns from work, and immediatly sets to starting off the party. He calls up a few pals, and the party is on.
The party is soon swinging a few hours later, and Emma arrives just in time to see her child become a MAN.
Marcus ages up into....I...er...he looks like a jersey shore reject...
phhhh...Phaaahahahaahahahahahaha! WHAT ON EARTH IS THIS? Oh, good gravy! I did not choose this. Okay I downloaded the top from the Sims Store, but... BWAHAHAHAHA...oh poor Marcus.
Soon, after he guido-who-can't-swim incident I set to changing him into something more young adulty. And less idiotic.
Mr Rico Suave soon sets off to find a job, (he wants to be Top Athelete in the athletic career.) in his crud mobile.
After becoming a Rabid Fan, he heads to the Gym to gain a few muscles and get a girl friend.
Join me again to see: Another birthday party, a bit of flirting, and a very special and deadly gatecrasher.
See you soon!
Hooray! JJ is now a child and about to start school tomorrow! His age up clothes could do with an upgrade but still, that can be sorted soon.
Here is his makeover, looking a site better than before, and with a rougeish look to him. I can't remember what I rolled for his traits, but I'll update soon.

Generation 2, part 4
Then it was Emma's time to shine, getting JJ to talk and have all the skills done. Again it is a good relationship booster, not that they needed it though as JJ and his mum always had a good friendship.
Marcus came back from his first day at work (part time in the Spa i think) and was exhausted. He took a quick nap before sorting out his homework and having dinner.
Emma came back home with a new blender from work after gaining a promotion (the one below executive chef) as a bonus along with the extra cash. It isn't in her LTW to be a 5 star chef but it does bring in some good cash (she wants to be a Cookery Librarian) so I keep her on the job until she either reaches the very top or finishes her LTW which is very close BTW (Level 9 in cooking currently, about 8 or so in the photo.)
Soon Marcus got a oppertunity from school to get a fish for the science lab for extra credit. Good thing their house is across the road from a big pond! Easy as Pie!
Before work, Jimmy sets to upping his logic skill through a one sided game of chess while wearing some VERY dapper clothes, considering how upper lower class his family is. They are essentially well to do chavs at the moment, can afford decent enough stuff but it still looks a tad tacky.
That doesn't last long though, as a few hours later, Jimmy achieves his LTW and some serious cash. He is now at the top of his career ladder as a Hit Movie Composer.
Not only that but he gets a top of the line stereo system with it for free! Jimmy decides to put it to good use, and throw a big birthday party for Jimmy Junior the next day, sending his youngest into the next stage in style.
So, due to his eldest getting a promotion in his part time job, Jimmy puts a little money towards Marcus's first car, albeit a clunker.
The next day rolls around and Jimmy sets off for his first day as something of a music legend, and the last time as an adult. Tomorrow won't be just JJ's birthday, oh no. Jimmy Sr is about to hit his 70's. But what a ride. He and his family are officially Middle Class.
